Privacy Policy for B&B Interior Works

This Privacy Policy applies to the B&B Interior Works mobile application for Android (package name com.bbwoodconcepts.bb_admin), published by ARIKX.

The app is intended for authorized staff of B&B Wood Concepts, such as administrators, planning, purchase, stores, execution, marketing, billing, and accounts users. It is not a public consumer app.

Account and sign-in information: when an approved user signs in with email and password, the app receives the user's email address, display name, Firebase user identifier, authentication token, and assigned role.

Business operations information: authorized users may view project and customer records stored by B&B Wood Concepts, including lead and customer names, contact details, project titles, sale and quotation identifiers, pipeline stages, and related timestamps.

Device and usage information: the app and backend may process technical information such as app version, request metadata, authentication status, and error details needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Local device storage: the app stores authentication tokens and basic session data on the device so signed-in users can stay authenticated.

The current Android app does not request access to precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or advertising identifiers.

The app does not include public user-generated content, social posting, advertising, or in-app purchases.

The app is not designed for children and is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

We use collected information to authenticate users, apply role-based access, display project pipelines and customer records, provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and maintain business records for B&B Wood Concepts.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use app data for advertising.

Information may be visible to other authorized B&B Wood Concepts staff according to their roles in the web and mobile apps.

We use Google Firebase Authentication and related Google Cloud / Firebase services to provide sign-in, secure storage, and hosting. The app also communicates with ARIKX-operated API and database services used by B&B Wood Concepts.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of B&B Wood Concepts, ARIKX, app users, or the public.

We use secure authentication, HTTPS-based API communication, and role-based authorization to help protect app data.

Access is limited to approved users. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account records are retained while a user needs access to B&B Interior Works, unless deletion is requested or required. Administrators can remove staff access where appropriate.

Business records such as leads, customers, quotations, sales, and project pipeline history may be retained for operational, accounting, audit, security, and legal purposes.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal account information, contact info@arikx.com. We will review the request and process it according to account role, business record obligations, and applicable law.

You can sign out from the Profile screen to clear local session access.

If you no longer need access, ask a B&B Wood Concepts administrator to disable your account, or email ARIKX at the contact below.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, backend services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
