Privacy Policy for Muscle Gain at Home

This Privacy Policy applies to the Muscle Gain at Home Android app (package name com.arikx.fitpath), developed and published by ARIKX.

Muscle Gain at Home creates personalized, home-only muscle-building plans and provides visual and spoken workout guidance. The current release works without an account and does not require an internet connection.

To personalize a muscle-building plan, Muscle Gain at Home lets you enter information such as your name, gender preference, date of birth, height, weight, experience level, available home equipment, target muscles, preferred training schedule, and physical limitations.

The app also stores the plans it creates and workout information you record, including completed exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, effort, workout dates, progress, and active workout state.

Muscle Gain at Home uses the information you enter only on your device to generate workout plans, adjust exercise recommendations, show workout history, and calculate progress.

Fitness and profile information is not used for advertising, profiling by ARIKX, or automated decisions outside the app.

Muscle Gain at Home does not transmit your profile, health-related inputs, workout history, or device identifiers to ARIKX or any third party. ARIKX does not sell or share user data.

The current version contains no advertising, analytics, cloud account, social features, in-app purchases, or user-generated content. The Android app does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call-log, or broad file-storage permissions.

Your profile, generated plan, workout history, and unfinished workout state are stored in the app's private local storage on your device. Android's application sandbox and your device security settings protect this storage.

Your device or operating-system provider may include local app data in backups according to the backup and privacy settings configured on your device. ARIKX does not operate a remote Muscle Gain at Home database containing this information.

Muscle Gain at Home uses your device's text-to-speech service to announce warm-ups, exercises, repetitions, rest periods, and workout progress. The app sends workout instruction text to the text-to-speech engine installed on your device so it can speak those instructions.

Muscle Gain at Home does not record your voice and does not request microphone access. Your device's text-to-speech provider may process speech output according to its own settings and privacy terms.

Local data remains on your device until you delete it. You can clear workout history or delete all Muscle Gain at Home data from the Profile screen. You can also clear the app's storage through Android settings or uninstall the app.

ARIKX cannot retrieve or remotely delete this data because the app does not transmit it to us. Backup copies, if enabled by your device, are controlled by your device or operating-system provider.

Muscle Gain at Home is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users because information entered in the app is not transmitted to ARIKX.

We may update this Privacy Policy if Muscle Gain at Home's features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
