This Privacy Policy applies to the Neon Memory Android game (package name com.arikx.neonmemory), developed and published by ARIKX.

Neon Memory is an offline, single-player memory puzzle game. The current version does not require an account or an internet connection.

Neon Memory does not collect, transmit, or share personal information, sensitive information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, files, or gameplay information with ARIKX or any third party.

The current version contains no advertising, analytics, account system, in-app purchases, social features, or user-generated content. ARIKX does not sell user data.

The game stores gameplay progress and preferences in the app's private storage on your device. This can include high scores, unlocked stages, selected stage, difficulty, selected visual theme, vibration preference, and campaign progress.

The app does not transmit this local save data to ARIKX. Your device or operating-system provider may handle device backups according to the backup settings and privacy terms configured on your device.

Neon Memory may use the device's vibration feature to provide gameplay feedback. You can turn vibration off in the game's settings.

The current Android release does not request internet, precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or broad file-storage permissions.

Local game data is kept within the app's private storage and is protected by Android's application sandbox and your device security settings.

Because the current version does not send game data to ARIKX, ARIKX does not maintain a remote database containing your gameplay or personal information.

Local game data remains on your device while the app is installed or until you clear the app's storage through Android settings. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local data, subject to any backup and restore features enabled through your device or operating-system provider.

ARIKX cannot retrieve or delete this local data remotely because the app does not transmit it to us.

Neon Memory does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. The game does not include accounts, chat, social sharing, targeted advertising, or user-generated content.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the game's features or data practices change, including if future versions add optional purchases, online services, advertising, or analytics. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
