Privacy Policy for Thirumalai Badminton

This Privacy Policy applies to the Thirumalai Badminton mobile application (package name com.arikx.thirumalaibadminton) published for Android users.

The app is intended for authorized academy owner use to manage badminton batches, member records, and monthly fee collection status. ARIKX develops and maintains the app and related Firebase backend services for this workflow.

Account and sign-in information: when the authorized owner signs in or creates the approved owner account, the app uses an email address, password, Firebase user identifier, and authentication session status through Firebase Authentication.

Batch information: authorized users may create and manage batch names, default monthly fee amounts, and related timestamps.

Member information: authorized users may enter and manage member names, phone numbers, batch assignments, monthly fee amounts, membership status, and start month.

Payment information: authorized users may enter or view monthly payment status, payment amount, paid or unpaid status, paid date, member name, member identifier, batch identifier, and month key.

Device and usage information: the app and backend may process technical information such as app version, request metadata, authentication state, and error details needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Local device storage: the app stores authentication session data on the device so the authorized owner can stay signed in between sessions.

The app does not request access to precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or advertising identifier permissions.

The app only requests Internet access so it can connect to Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

The app is not designed for children to create accounts or sign in on their own. Member records for minors, if entered, are managed by the authorized academy owner as part of academy administration.

We use collected information to authenticate the authorized owner, operate batch and member workflows, track monthly paid and unpaid collection status, provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and maintain academy records.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

Information is intended to be visible only to the authorized academy owner account and ARIKX support/development personnel where needed to maintain or troubleshoot the app.

We use Google Firebase services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and related Google Cloud infrastructure to provide authentication, secure data storage, and app backend functionality.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the academy, ARIKX, app users, or the public.

We use Firebase Authentication, HTTPS-based communication, Firebase security rules, and restricted account access to help protect app data.

Access to app data is limited to the approved owner account. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account, batch, member, and payment records are retained while the app is used for academy operations, unless deletion is requested or required.

Operational records such as member lists, monthly fee status, and payment timestamps may be retained for business, accounting, support, audit, security, and legal purposes.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact info@arikx.com. We will review the request and process it according to account role, academy record obligations, and applicable law.

The authorized owner can sign out from the app to remove active session access from the device.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, backend services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
