RK Fuels account deletion request

This page explains how authorized RK Fuels mobile app users can request deletion of their account access and associated personal information.
How to request deletion
- Email ARIKX support from the email address used for your RK Fuels account, or ask your RK Fuels superadmin to raise the request.
- Use the subject line: RK Fuels account deletion request.
- Include your name, registered email address, role, and station name if available.
- We will verify the request with the account owner or authorized RK Fuels administrator before deleting app access or personal account data.

Data deleted after approval
- Firebase Authentication account access for the requested user, where deletion is approved.
- Role, approval status, station assignment, profile name, email address, and device notification token linked to the user account.
- Local app session data after the user signs out or uninstalls the app.
Data that may be retained
- Operational records such as fuel stock entries, pump readings, sales, payments, credits, reports, attendance, approvals, and audit timestamps may be retained for business, accounting, legal, dispute resolution, and security purposes.
- Records that must be retained are kept only for the period required for RK Fuels operations, compliance, audit, or legitimate business needs.
- When retained operational records include a staff name or email, access to those records remains restricted to authorized RK Fuels administrators and users with permitted roles.
